Darren also had a successful music career, with hits like "Goodbye Cruel World" and "Her Royal Majesty." He continued to act in various television shows and films, including a role as Dr. Tony Newman in the science fiction series "The Time Tunnel" in the 1960s.


In addition to his on-screen work, James Darren has also directed episodes of popular television shows like "T.J. Hooker," "Melrose Place," and "Beverly Hills, 90210."
