Jan Berry was known for being one half of the popular duo Jan & Dean, but he teamed up with Arnie Ginsburg to create the side project Jan & Arnie. Their most famous song is "Jennie Lee," which was released in 1958 and reached the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The song featured Berry's distinctive falsetto vocals and a catchy surf rock beat.
