Jefferson Airplane achieved commercial success with their albums "Surrealistic Pillow" (1967) and "Volunteers" (1969), which featured hit songs like "Somebody to Love" and "White Rabbit." The band was also known for their memorable performances at iconic music festivals such as Woodstock and Monterey Pop Festival.
