Artist Bio:
John Denver was an American singer-songwriter, actor, and environmental activist. Born Henry John Deutschendorf Jr. on December 31, 1943, in New Mexico, Denver is best known for his folk and country music hits, including "Take Me Home, Country Roads" and "Annie's Song." He released over 30 studio albums and won numerous awards throughout his career, including several Grammy Awards. Denver tragically died in a plane crash on October 12, 1997, at the age of 53.


Sylvie Vartan is a French singer and actress of Bulgarian descent. Born on August 15, 1944, in Iskretz, Bulgaria, Vartan moved to France with her family at a young age. She rose to fame in the 1960s with hits such as "La plus belle pour aller danser" and "Irresistiblement." Vartan has released over 30 studio albums and has had a successful career spanning several decades. She is considered one of the most popular French female singers of her generation.
