He collaborated with artists like Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, and Diana Ross, and co-wrote hits such as "Someday We'll Be Together" by Diana Ross & The Supremes. Bristol also had a successful solo career, with hits like "Hang On In There Baby" and "Love Me for a Reason." He is remembered for his contributions to the soul and R&B music genres.
