Artist Bio:
Johnny Cash and The Tennessee Two were an American country music group formed in 1954. The group consisted of Johnny Cash on vocals and rhythm guitar, Luther Perkins on electric guitar, and Marshall Grant on bass. They are considered one of the most influential bands in the history of country music. The trio played a significant role in the development of the rockabilly and rock and roll genres, with their distinctive sound characterized by Cash's deep, resonant voice and Perkins' signature "boom-chicka-boom" guitar style.

Johnny Cash and The Tennessee Two released several hit songs, including "I Walk the Line," "Folsom Prison Blues," and "Ring of Fire." Their music often featured themes of love, heartache, and redemption, and their raw, stripped-down sound set them apart from other country artists of the time. Johnny Cash and The Tennessee Two were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1992, cementing their legacy as pioneers of country and rock music.
