Williams is particularly renowned for his collaborations with filmmaker Steven Spielberg and his iconic scores for films such as "Jaws," "Star Wars," "E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial," and the "Indiana Jones" series.
In addition to his work in film, Williams has also composed numerous classical pieces and served as the principal conductor of the Boston Pops Orchestra from 1980 to 1993.
