Jonathan King is a British music producer, singer-songwriter, and music entrepreneur. He was born on December 6, 1944, in London, England. King is best known for his hit single "Everyone's Gone to the Moon," which reached the top 10 of the UK Singles Chart in 1965. He also produced and wrote songs for other artists, including "It's Good News Week" by Hedgehoppers Anonymous.


In addition to his music career, Jonathan King is known for his work as a record producer and television personality. He founded UK Records in 1972 and signed artists such as 10cc and Genesis. King has also worked as a television presenter and producer, hosting shows such as "Entertainment USA" and "No Limits." However, his career has been marred by controversy, as he was convicted of multiple sexual offenses in the early 2000s.
