Josh Gracin is an American country music artist who rose to fame as a contestant on the second season of American Idol in 2003, where he finished in fourth place. He was born on October 18, 1980, in Westland, Michigan. Gracin signed a record deal with Lyric Street Records and released his self-titled debut album in 2004, which was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The album produced several hit singles, including "I Want to Live" and "Nothin' to Lose."


Gracin's music is known for blending elements of country, rock, and pop. He released a total of four studio albums and charted multiple songs on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. Throughout his career, Gracin has also toured extensively and performed at various country music festivals and events.
