Artist Bio:
Jr. Walker & The All Stars was an American soul and R&B band formed in the 1960s. The group was led by saxophonist and vocalist Junior Walker, who was known for his energetic stage presence and distinctive saxophone playing. The All Stars included musicians such as Victor Thomas (keyboards), Willie Woods (guitar), and James Graves (drums).


The band's biggest hits include "Shotgun" and "What Does It Take (To Win Your Love)", both of which reached the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Jr. Walker & The All Stars were signed to the Motown label and were known for their energetic live performances. They were inducted into the Michigan Rock and Roll Legends Hall of Fame in 2005. The band continued to perform and record music throughout the 1970s and 1980s before Junior Walker's passing in 1995.
