Artist Bio:
Jud Strunk was an American singer-songwriter and comedian born on June 11, 1936, in Jamestown, New York. He began his career as a musician in the 1960s, gaining popularity for his humorous and satirical songs. Strunk released several albums throughout his career, including "Daisy A Day" which was his most successful single, reaching number 14 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1973.


In addition to his music career, Jud Strunk was known for his appearances on television shows such as "Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In" and "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson." Tragically, Strunk's life was cut short when he died in a plane crash on October 5, 1981, at the age of 45. Despite his untimely death, Jud Strunk left behind a legacy of entertaining and catchy songs that continue to be enjoyed by fans of folk and comedy music.
