June Valli was an American singer born on June 30, 1928, in the Bronx, New York. She began her career as a singer in the 1940s, performing with various big bands and orchestras. Valli gained popularity in the 1950s with her hit songs such as "Crying in the Chapel" and "Strange Sensation."


In addition to her successful music career, June Valli also appeared in several films, including "The Girl Can't Help It" in 1956. She continued to perform and record music throughout the 1950s and 1960s, although her popularity began to wane by the end of the 1960s. June Valli passed away on March 12, 1993, in California, leaving behind a legacy as a talented singer and performer.
