Artist Bio:
Junior M.A.F.I.A. is a hip-hop group from Brooklyn, New York, formed in 1994 by The Notorious B.I.G. The group's name stands for "Master At Finding Intelligent Attitudes." They released their debut album, "Conspiracy," in 1995 on Big Beat Records. The album featured the hit single "Player's Anthem," which peaked at number 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The group's lineup included members Lil' Cease, Lil' Kim, Nino Brown, Capone, Bugsy, Chico Del Vec, Trife and Larceny.


Junior M.A.F.I.A. gained recognition for their association with The Notorious B.I.G., who mentored and collaborated with the group. They were also featured on several tracks on Biggie's albums, including his iconic debut album, "Ready to Die." Despite their initial success, the group faced internal conflicts and legal issues, leading to their disbandment in the late 1990s. Junior M.A.F.I.A. remains a notable part of hip-hop history for their contributions to the genre during the golden era of East Coast rap.
