Kim Mitchell is a Canadian rock musician born on July 10, 1952, in Sarnia, Ontario. He is best known as the lead vocalist and guitarist for the rock band Max Webster, formed in 1973. Mitchell also pursued a successful solo career after Max Webster disbanded in 1981. He released several solo albums, including his debut album "Akimbo Alogo" in 1984, which featured the hit single "Go for Soda."
Throughout his career, Kim Mitchell has received numerous accolades, including Juno Awards for Male Vocalist of the Year and Composer of the Year.
