The original lineup consisted of Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Ace Frehley, and Peter Criss. KISS gained popularity in the 1970s with their hard rock sound and theatrical stage presence. They are also known for their iconic logo featuring the letters K-I-S-S in a distinctive font.


Over the years, KISS has released numerous albums and singles, including hits like "Rock and Roll All Nite," "Detroit Rock City," and "Beth." The band has undergone several lineup changes, with Stanley and Simmons being the only constant members. KISS has sold over 100 million records worldwide, making them one of the best-selling bands of all time. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2014.
