Kissing The Pink was a British new wave and synth-pop band formed in London in 1981. The band members included Jon Kingsley Hall, George Stewart, Josephine Wells, Pete Barnett, Simon Aldridge, and Steve Cusack. They released their debut album, "Naked," in 1983, which featured the hit single "The Last Film." The album received critical acclaim for its innovative use of electronic music and synth-pop sounds.
In 1986, Kissing The Pink released their second album, "Certain Things Are Likely," which included the singles "Never Too Late to Love You" and "One Step." The band continued to experiment with their sound, blending electronic music with pop sensibilities. Despite not achieving mainstream commercial success, Kissing The Pink developed a dedicated fan base and left a lasting impact on the new wave and synth-pop music scenes of the 1980s.
