Artist Bio:
La Bouche was a Eurodance duo formed in Germany in 1994. The group consisted of producer Frank Farian and American singer Melanie Thornton. La Bouche achieved international success in the mid-1990s with their hit singles "Be My Lover" and "Sweet Dreams." "Be My Lover" reached the top of the charts in multiple countries and was certified platinum in the United States. The duo released their debut album, "Sweet Dreams," in 1995, which went on to sell over 3 million copies worldwide.

Tragically, Melanie Thornton passed away in a plane crash in 2001, bringing an end to La Bouche as a duo. Despite the loss of Thornton, La Bouche's music continued to be popular in the dance music scene, with their songs being featured in various compilations and dance mixes. Their catchy tunes and energetic performances have cemented La Bouche as a memorable act in the Eurodance genre.
