Len Barry, born Leonard Borisoff on June 12, 1942, is an American singer, songwriter, and record producer. He rose to fame as a member of the doo-wop group The Dovells in the late 1950s and early 1960s, known for hits like "Bristol Stomp" and "You Can't Sit Down." In the mid-1960s, Barry embarked on a successful solo career, scoring his biggest hit with the song "1-2-3" in 1965, which reached number two on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Barry continued to release music throughout the 1960s, with other notable songs including "Like a Baby" and "Somewhere." In addition to his singing career, Barry also worked as a songwriter and producer, collaborating with artists such as The Dovells and The Sapphires.
