Leroy Pullins was an American country music singer and songwriter. He was born on June 22, 1940, in Bloomfield, Kentucky, and began his music career in the 1960s. Pullins is best known for his novelty song "I'm a Nut," which was released in 1966 and became a hit on the country music charts. The song showcased his humor and storytelling ability, making him a memorable figure in the country music scene.
In addition to "I'm a Nut," Leroy Pullins released several other singles throughout his career, including "Everybody's Had the Blues But Me" and "Henhouse to the Doghouse to My House." Despite not achieving widespread commercial success, Pullins left a lasting impact with his humorous and catchy songs.
