Too Short is a legendary rapper from Oakland, California, known for his explicit lyrics and contributions to West Coast hip hop. Big Kap was a DJ and producer, while Chyna Whyte was a female rapper who was part of the group. Their collaboration on "Bia' Bia'" was a commercial success and further solidified Lil Jon & The East Side Boyz's reputation in the hip hop industry.
