Linda Ronstadt is an American singer known for her versatile vocal range and her contributions to the country, rock, and pop music genres. She was born on July 15, 1946, in Tucson, Arizona. Ronstadt began her music career in the mid-1960s as part of the folk-rock group The Stone Poneys, before launching a successful solo career.


Throughout her career, Linda Ronstadt released a series of critically acclaimed albums, including "Heart Like a Wheel" and "Simple Dreams." She is known for hits such as "You're No Good," "Blue Bayou," and "When Will I Be Loved." Ronstadt has won numerous awards, including 11 Grammy Awards, and has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. In addition to her musical accomplishments, she is also a published author and has been involved in various humanitarian causes. Linda Ronstadt retired from performing in 2011 due to health issues related to Parkinson's disease.
