Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam was an American band formed in 1984, consisting of lead vocalist Lisa Lisa (born Lisa Velez), guitarist/bassist Alex "Spanador" Moseley, and drummer/keyboardist Mike Hughes. The group's sound was a fusion of pop, dance, freestyle, and R&B music. They gained popularity in the 1980s with hits like "I Wonder If I Take You Home" and "Head to Toe."
Full Force is an American R&B group and production team hailing from Brooklyn, New York. The group consists of three brothers: B-Fine, Paul Anthony, and Bowlegged Lou, along with their cousin, Baby Gerry, and friends Curt-T-T, Shy Shy, and Sweet G. Full Force provided production and songwriting for Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam, collaborating on hits such as "All Cried Out" and "Lost in Emotion." Their partnership resulted in several successful singles and albums throughout the 1980s and early 1990s.
