Little Anthony and the Imperials is an American rhythm and blues/soul vocal group hailing from New York City. The group was formed in the 1950s and is known for their close harmonies and emotional vocal delivery. The group's original lineup consisted of Jerome "Little Anthony" Gourdine, Clarence Collins, Ernest Wright, and Glouster "Nate" Rogers.


Little Anthony and the Imperials achieved their greatest success in the 1960s with hits such as "Tears on My Pillow," "Goin' Out of My Head," and "Hurt So Bad." Their music often featured a blend of doo-wop, R&B, and soul, and their performances were known for their energetic and dynamic vocal performances.
