Little Anthony and The Imperials are an American rhythm and blues/soul vocal group that was formed in the 1950s. The group is best known for their hits in the 1960s, including "Tears on My Pillow" and "Goin' Out of My Head." Little Anthony, whose real name is Jerome Anthony Gourdine, is the lead singer of the group and is known for his powerful and soulful voice. The Imperials consist of Clarence Collins, Ernest Wright, and Sammy Strain, with various members joining and leaving over the years.


Little Anthony and The Imperials were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2009 and have been recognized for their contributions to the music industry. They have a loyal fan base and continue to perform to this day, showcasing their timeless music and dynamic stage presence.
