He had a string of hits, including "We're Gonna Make It" and "Grits Ain't Groceries (All Around the World)," which helped him establish himself as a prominent figure in the blues and soul music scene.

Throughout his career, Little Milton received numerous awards and accolades for his contributions to music, including being inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame.
