Lloyd Banks is an American rapper and member of the hip hop group G-Unit, which was founded by 50 Cent. Born Christopher Charles Lloyd on April 30, 1982, in New Carrollton, Maryland, Banks rose to fame in the early 2000s with the success of G-Unit's debut album, "Beg for Mercy," which was released in 2003. Banks is known for his distinctive voice, clever wordplay, and gritty lyrics that often reflect his experiences growing up in South Jamaica, Queens, New York.


50 Cent, born Curtis James Jackson III on July 6, 1975, in Queens, New York, is a highly successful rapper, actor, and entrepreneur. He gained widespread fame with his debut album, "Get Rich or Die Tryin'," in 2003. 50 Cent is not only a co-founder of G-Unit but also served as a mentor to Lloyd Banks and helped launch his solo career. The duo collaborated on several hit songs, including "On Fire" and "Hands Up." Their successful partnership helped solidify Lloyd Banks' status as a prominent figure in the rap industry.
