They were known for blending country, rock, and punk influences to create a unique sound that stood out in the music scene of the 1980s.
Lone Justice released their self-titled debut album in 1985, which was well-received by critics and helped them gain a following. The album featured songs like "Ways to Be Wicked" and "Sweet, Sweet Baby (I'm Falling)", which became popular among fans of the band. Despite their initial success, Lone Justice disbanded in 1987 due to internal conflicts and disagreements. Maria McKee went on to pursue a solo career, while the other members continued to work on various music projects.
