Lonestar is a country music band that originated in Nashville, Tennessee in 1992. The band was formed by Richie McDonald (lead vocals), Michael Britt (lead guitar, backing vocals), Keech Rainwater (drums), and Dean Sams (keyboards, backing vocals). Over the years, there have been some changes in the band's lineup, with McDonald leaving in 2007 and subsequently returning in 2011.
Lonestar has released several albums, with their self-titled debut album in 1995 launching them into stardom. Some of their most popular songs include "Amazed," "I'm Already There," and "My Front Porch Looking In." The band has won multiple awards, including ACM (Academy of Country Music) Awards and CMA (Country Music Association) Awards.
