Artist Bio:
Lost Boyz was a hip-hop group from South Jamaica, Queens, New York, consisting of members Mr. Cheeks, Freaky Tah, DJ Spigg Nice, and Pretty Lou. They gained popularity in the mid-1990s with their debut album "Legal Drug Money," which was released in 1996. The album featured hit singles like "Renee" and "Lifestyles of the Rich and Shameless," and was well-received by both fans and critics.
Tragically, Freaky Tah was shot and killed in a case of mistaken identity in 1999, which marked a significant loss for the group. Despite this, Lost Boyz continued to release music and perform, with Mr. Cheeks leading the way as the group's primary member. Their music often featured a mix of party anthems and introspective tracks, showcasing their versatility within the hip-hop genre.
