Artist Bio:
Love and Rockets was an English alternative rock band formed in 1985 by former Bauhaus members Daniel Ash (guitar and vocals), David J (bass and vocals), and Kevin Haskins (drums). The band's sound combined elements of post-punk, gothic rock, and psychedelic rock, with a more pop-oriented approach compared to their previous band, Bauhaus. Love and Rockets achieved commercial success with their hit single "So Alive" from their self-titled album released in 1989.

Throughout their career, Love and Rockets released seven studio albums, with their music often exploring themes such as love, relationships, and spirituality. The band's music is characterized by their distinctive guitar-driven sound, atmospheric production, and introspective lyrics. Love and Rockets disbanded in 1999, but reunited for occasional performances and released a compilation album in 2013. Their influence on alternative and indie rock music remains significant, with their music continuing to resonate with fans of the genre.
