Love Spit Love was an alternative rock band formed in 1992 by Richard Butler, the former lead singer of the Psychedelic Furs. The band released two studio albums: "Love Spit Love" in 1994 and "Trysome Eatone" in 1997. Their self-titled debut album included the popular single "Am I Wrong." The band's sound was characterized by Butler's distinctive vocals and a mix of alternative rock, post-punk, and pop elements.

Love Spit Love disbanded in 2000, and Richard Butler returned to the Psychedelic Furs. Despite their relatively short-lived career, Love Spit Love gained a dedicated following and left a mark on the alternative rock scene of the 1990s.
