L.T.D. was an American R&B/funk band formed in Greensboro, North Carolina in 1968. The band's name stands for Love, Togetherness, and Devotion. Their music was characterized by a blend of soulful vocals, funky rhythms, and horn arrangements. L.T.D. gained popularity in the 1970s with hits such as "Love Ballad," "Back in Love Again," and "Holding On (When Love Is Gone)."

The band was fronted by lead vocalist Jeffrey Osborne, who later pursued a successful solo career.
