Artist Bio:
Lyme & Cybelle was a pop duo composed of Warren Zevon and Violet Santangelo. They released their debut album in 1966 under the White Whale record label. The duo is best known for their single "Follow Me" which was a minor hit in the United States, reaching number 65 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Despite their brief time together as a musical duo, Lyme & Cybelle left a mark on the 1960s music scene with their catchy pop sound.
Warren Zevon went on to have a successful solo career as a singer-songwriter, known for his hits like "Werewolves of London" and "Lawyers, Guns and Money." Violet Santangelo, on the other hand, faded from the music scene after Lyme & Cybelle disbanded. Lyme & Cybelle's music continues to be remembered as a nostalgic part of the 1960s pop music era.
