Artist Bio:
Mark Dinning was an American pop and country music singer best known for his hit song "Teen Angel." Born in 1933 in Oklahoma, Dinning began his music career in the late 1950s. He signed with MGM Records and released "Teen Angel" in 1959, which became a major success, reaching number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The song sold over a million copies and earned Dinning a gold disc.

Despite the success of "Teen Angel," Dinning was unable to replicate its popularity with subsequent releases. He continued to record music throughout the 1960s but never achieved the same level of success. Dinning passed away in 1986 at the age of 52. "Teen Angel" remains his most well-known and enduring contribution to the music industry.
