Robbins was known for his smooth and versatile voice, as well as his ability to blend traditional country music with elements of rockabilly, pop, and western music. He released over 50 studio albums throughout his career and had numerous hit singles, including "El Paso" and "A White Sport Coat and a Pink Carnation."
In addition to his successful music career, Robbins was also a talented NASCAR driver and competed in numerous races during the 1970s.
