In 1996, he collaborated with fellow rapper Pimp C and The Shocker (also known as Silkk the Shocker) on the track "I Miss My Homies." Pimp C, whose real name was Chad Butler, was a member of the Southern hip hop duo UGK. He was known for his distinctive voice and lyrical skills. The Shocker, born Vyshonne King Miller, is Master P's younger brother and a rapper in his own right, gaining recognition for his work with No Limit Records.
