She is best known for her hit songs "The Morning After" from the movie "The Poseidon Adventure" and "Can You Read My Mind" from the movie "Superman." In addition to her successful music career, McGovern has also appeared in various Broadway productions, including "Little Women," "The Pirates of Penzance," and "Nine."
