Michelle Branch is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. She was born on July 2, 1983, in Sedona, Arizona. Branch rose to fame in the early 2000s with her debut album "The Spirit Room" in 2001, which featured the hit singles "Everywhere" and "All You Wanted." The album was a commercial success, selling over two million copies in the United States.


Branch's music is known for blending pop and rock elements, and she often plays the guitar in her songs. She has released several albums throughout her career, including "Hotel Paper" in 2003 and "Hopeless Romantic" in 2017. In addition to her solo work, Branch was also part of the country duo The Wreckers, with whom she released the album "Stand Still, Look Pretty" in 2006.
