Midnight Oil achieved international success with hits like "Beds Are Burning" and "Blue Sky Mine." They have released numerous albums, including "Diesel and Dust" and "10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1," which have received critical acclaim. The band is also known for their activism on environmental and social issues, with Garrett even serving as a politician in Australia. Midnight Oil has won multiple ARIA Awards and were inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame in 2006.
