Artist Bio:
Molly Hatchet is an American Southern rock band formed in Jacksonville, Florida in 1971. The band's music is characterized by its heavy guitar riffs, Southern rock sound, and lyrics often inspired by the Wild West and Norse mythology. Molly Hatchet gained popularity in the late 1970s and early 1980s with hits such as "Flirtin' with Disaster" and "Dreams I'll Never See".


The band's self-titled debut album, released in 1978, went on to achieve multi-platinum status. Molly Hatchet has undergone numerous lineup changes over the years, with founder and guitarist Dave Hlubek being the only constant member until his death in 2017. Despite these changes, Molly Hatchet continues to tour and release new music, maintaining a dedicated fan base among Southern rock enthusiasts.
