Mr. Mister was an American pop rock band formed in Phoenix, Arizona in 1982. The band originally consisted of Richard Page on vocals and bass, Steve George on keyboards, Pat Mastelotto on drums, and Steve Farris on guitar. They gained success in the mid-1980s with their hit singles "Broken Wings" and "Kyrie" from their second album "Welcome to the Real World," released in 1985. The band's music is characterized by its smooth vocals, polished production, and catchy melodies, which helped them achieve mainstream popularity.
Mr. Mister released a total of three studio albums during their career, with their final album "Pull" being released in 1987. Despite their success in the mid-1980s, the band disbanded in the late 1980s. Richard Page and Steve George continued to work together as songwriters and producers, while Pat Mastelotto joined the progressive rock band King Crimson.
