N2Deep is a hip-hop duo from Vallejo, California, consisting of James Trujillo (Jay Tee) and Timothy Lyons (TL). The group is best known for their hit single "Back to the Hotel," which was released in 1992 and reached the top 40 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. N2Deep was part of the West Coast rap scene in the early 1990s and was signed to Profile Records.
Following the success of "Back to the Hotel," N2Deep released several albums, including "24-7-365" and "The Golden State." They continued to make music and perform throughout the 2000s and 2010s, maintaining a dedicated fan base.
