Throughout his career, Nat King Cole released over one hundred singles and recorded more than thirty albums. He was the first African American to host a television variety show, "The Nat King Cole Show," which aired from 1956 to 1957. Cole received numerous accolades for his music, including multiple Grammy Awards. He passed away on February 15, 1965, leaving behind a lasting legacy as a pioneer in the music industry and a timeless voice that continues to captivate audiences worldwide.
