Artist Bio:
Natalie Cole was an American singer, songwriter, and actress, born on February 6, 1950, in Los Angeles, California. She was the daughter of legendary jazz musician Nat King Cole. Natalie Cole rose to fame in the mid-1970s with hits like "This Will Be" and "Inseparable." She won nine Grammy Awards throughout her career, including Best New Artist in 1976 and Album of the Year in 1992 for her album "Unforgettable... with Love," which featured reworked versions of some of her father's songs.


Cole struggled with drug addiction in the 1980s but made a successful comeback in the late 1980s and 1990s. She continued to release music and perform until her death on December 31, 2015, at the age of 65. Natalie Cole left behind a lasting legacy as a talented and versatile artist known for her soulful voice and ability to blend various genres such as R&B, jazz, and pop.
