The group consists of members Jordan Knight, Jonathan Knight, Joey McIntyre, Donnie Wahlberg, and Danny Wood. They rose to fame in the late 1980s and early 1990s with a series of hits including "Hangin' Tough" and "Step by Step." NKOTB's success helped pave the way for other boy bands that followed. Despite disbanding in 1994, they reunited in 2008 and continue to release music and perform to this day.
