NKOTB is known for being one of the pioneers of the boy band phenomenon, achieving massive popularity and a dedicated fanbase known as "Blockheads." The group disbanded in 1994 but later reunited in 2008, releasing new music and going on successful tours. They have sold over 80 million records worldwide and have been nominated for various awards throughout their career.
