Nickelback is a Canadian rock band formed in 1995 in Hanna, Alberta. The band's original lineup consisted of Chad Kroeger (lead vocals, guitar), Ryan Peake (guitar, keyboards, backing vocals), Mike Kroeger (bass), and Brandon Kroeger (drums). Brandon was later replaced by Daniel Adair. Nickelback's music is characterized by their post-grunge sound with influences from hard rock and alternative rock. They have released several commercially successful albums, including "Silver Side Up" (2001), "The Long Road" (2003), and "All the Right Reasons" (2005).
