Night Ranger is an American rock band formed in San Francisco in 1979. The band achieved mainstream success in the 1980s with a series of hit singles and albums. Their most famous songs include "Sister Christian," "Don't Tell Me You Love Me," and "When You Close Your Eyes." Night Ranger's music is characterized by melodic hard rock and power ballads, often featuring catchy hooks and harmonized vocals.


The band's original lineup consisted of Jack Blades (bass, vocals), Jeff Watson (guitar), Brad Gillis (guitar), Alan Fitzgerald (keyboards), and Kelly Keagy (drums, vocals). Over the years, the lineup has changed, but Jack Blades and Kelly Keagy have remained consistent members. Night Ranger continues to tour and record new music, maintaining a dedicated fan base and solidifying their legacy as one of the prominent rock bands of the 1980s.
