Artist Bio:
Ohio Express was an American bubblegum pop band formed in Mansfield, Ohio in 1967. The group is best known for their hit singles in the late 1960s, including "Yummy Yummy Yummy" and "Chewy Chewy." The group's music was characterized by catchy melodies, simple lyrics, and upbeat rhythms, which were typical of the bubblegum pop genre popular at the time.

Despite their success on the charts, Ohio Express was a manufactured band, with different musicians being used for recordings and live performances. The band's music was produced by the team of Jerry Kasenetz and Jeff Katz, who were behind many other bubblegum pop acts of the era. Ohio Express continued to release music throughout the late 1960s and early 1970s, but their popularity waned as musical tastes shifted.
