Ol' Dirty Bastard, born Russell Tyrone Jones on November 15, 1968, was an American rapper and founding member of the influential hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan. He was known for his unique vocal delivery, unpredictable behavior, and raw, unfiltered lyrics. Ol' Dirty Bastard released his debut solo album, "Return to the 36 Chambers: The Dirty Version," in 1995, which received critical acclaim and is considered a classic of the genre.


Throughout his career, Ol' Dirty Bastard faced numerous legal troubles and struggles with substance abuse, which ultimately led to his untimely death on November 13, 2004, at the age of 35.
